There has been another Zoning Request made for the property between Serna Elementary School and the Motel, which was once a Nursery. They want to make it into an Apartment Complex, which will possibly affect those who live on the South side of Bretton Ridge.
The company will make a presentation at the January 19th Meeting, so come one, come all and let your voice be heard.
