Effective Saturday, if calling someone within the 210 area
code, you must dial all ten digits. If you dial only the three digit
prefix and the last four numbers you will receive a recording telling you to
hang up and dial ten digits to include the 210 area code (if the call is within
the 210 area). Calling to other than the 210 area code is
unchanged. Those with speed dial capability need to make this change on
their phone.
