The Unified
Development Code (UDC) amendments were reviewed and considered by several
stakeholders and the Planning Commission's Technical Advisory Committee
(TAC). The Development Services Department served as the administrator
over this process and accepted more than 200 submissions which went to
The City of San Antonio City Council on December 17th.
In order to provide
the best training in January 2016 on the UDC to the Development Services
staff and the development community partners, the following topics are
suggested:
-Zoning Changes
-Platting Changes
-MDP/Right Changes
-Tree Ordinance Chances
-Street Engineering Changes
-Storm Water Changes
-LID/Conservation Subdivision Ordinance
Your assistance in
completing this survey by January 6, 2016 will provide the information
the DSD staff needs to schedule the training.
